This includes a 24/7 clinical response team providing decision-making support, case management options, valuable second opinions for doctors, support for Captains, and assistance to the Designated Person Ashore during emergency medical evacuations. Provision of Medical Administrative Orders, infectious disease management plans, and access to an online resource library.
Medical Staff Selection: Assistance in selecting and interviewing medical staff.
New Joiner Support: Structured induction training provided both before and after joining.
