This is by far our most popular service because companies want the personal touch and they want to know that the team supporting them are fully abreast of all of their requirements at all times.

This service is tailored to your vessel. With our 24/7/365 operational and clinical support services we will develop a unique service level agreement for your vessel(s).

Do you have an upcoming audit or are you worried that your medical operations have not been updated for a while and you are not sure what they should look like? 


This is a desktop scrutinisation of your medical policies and procedures, back up with a report to ensure you are providing current clinical and maritime specific guidance.


All you have to do is send us a link to the documents for review and we will do the rest.

Our superyacht clients tend to come to us looking for additional services that enable them to ensure they are meeting all the international regulations for the provision of medical care. 


Often we will be asked to come and conduct an audit or some onboard training including STCW courses and we are regularly asked to do a medical kit acquaint with the whole crew. Onboard training really enhances the lessons learnt in STCW courses and brings a real sense of confidence that takes the crews medical response to the next level.


Because we provide all the equipment for these sessions we will bring out replicas of what you have onboard which will give you the ultimate confidence when accessing your own kit.


Red Square Medical are proud members of the Superyacht Training Group and work with the other members to provide support and training that is above and beyond basic compliance.

We love training and we want to help you fulfill your training requirements in a way that takes all the stress out of it for you.

All of our instructors have extensive offshore experience so the training is relatable to your role and vessel. They will challenge you to find solutions for potential situations in your world. 


They are used to dealing with everything from coughs and colds right through to cardiac arrests. 


Having sea experience also means that they are able to relate to the unique environment that you find yourself in when things go wrong on board. 


We also supply training centres with first aid and medical instructors so they don't need to employ someone permanently if they are not regularly running courses.
